Consultations & Appointments

Once you select your desired service, you can easily book a telehealth consultation with one of our qualified doctors. During your consultation, the doctor will thoroughly assess your needs and provide a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically for you.

Scripted services are available to Australian residents who are at least 18 years old.

No referral is required to access our clinic. Simply book a consultation through our website—just click the “Book Now” button and sign up. While a health summary from your GP is not necessary, it can be helpful in providing a more comprehensive understanding of your medical history.

Appointment durations may vary depending on the complexity of your case. Generally, initial consultations last 20 minutes, and follow-up consultations last 15 minutes.

Yes, it’s important to inform us of any changes to your health or medications, as these may impact the safety and effectiveness of your treatment plan. You can update your details through our online portal by logging into your account.

Treatment Plans & Prescriptions

Your doctor will assess your needs and determine the most appropriate product and dosage. While you are welcome to suggest a particular treatment during your consultation, your doctor will make the final decision based on medical guidelines and your health profile.

No. Your practitioner will only issue a prescription if they deem it medically appropriate. Consultations and prescriptions are guided by best medical practices and prescribing guidelines.

If you feel your treatment is not working, contact us at hello@scripted.clinic. We’ll be happy to connect you with your practitioner to explore alternative options.

If you experience any concerning side effects, stop using the medication and contact your GP immediately. You can also reach out to our support team at hello@scripted.clinic, who will notify your practitioner to provide further guidance.

Treatment plans are valid for 6 months from the date they are created by your practitioner.

Only your practitioner can authorize changes to your dosage. Contact us at hello@scripted.clinic to discuss this with your practitioner.

Payments & Refunds

Unfortunately, telehealth consultations are not covered by Medicare or most private health insurers. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm their current policies.

We strive to provide the best care possible during your telehealth consultation. If you’re not satisfied with the consultation for any reason, please contact us at hello@scripted.clinic within 7 days of your consultation. We may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances, such as:

  • If there was a technical issue that prevented the consultation from taking place.
  • If the consultation was deemed inappropriate or not in line with the services we provide.

Refunds will not be issued if the consultation was completed successfully, and the treatment plan was appropriately prescribed according to medical guidelines.

Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable if a prescription is issued, as the consultation itself is a service provided.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be available; please refer to our payment page for the latest information.

Charges will appear under the name ‘Scripted Clinic’ or a related descriptor.

Shipping & Orders

Yes, you can update your shipping address through your profile page or emailing us at hellp@scripted.clinic.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We aim to ship all orders placed by 12 pm on the same day. Shipping times are dependent on StarTrack and generally take 1-2 business days. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

Shipping start from $10 and this is dependant on your location

Our practitioners are based throughout Australia, providing telehealth consultations accessible to patients nationwide.

To comply with Australian regulations, we are unable to mention specific medication names publicly. During your consultation, your practitioner will discuss appropriate treatment options with you.

We take your privacy seriously. All your personal information is stored securely and handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

No, Scripted does not own a pharmacy. We partner with a number of independent pharmacies to provide a seamless ordering experience, but these pharmacies are separate operators.

Scripted partners with a network of independent Australian pharmacies to ensure you receive your treatment plan along with important information on usage and safety. These pharmacies are located across Australia. You’ll be provided with the details of the specific pharmacy handling your order once it is confirmed.
If you prefer, you can choose your own pharmacy. Please note that this process may take 1-2 business days, as our support team will need to send all the necessary paperwork to your chosen pharmacy.
